We are seeing tweeting rising at Clapham London as rioting and looting spreads there as well. Mobs are moving through London hitting weak targets. Many are using social media to plan attacks. Specifically IM on blackberry has been a major element in this.
The police are being out moved by youths with blackberry on bikes. Thugs are able to move about quickly and pick their targets.
