Still Heavy Tweeting from Tottenham

We are still seeing very high tweeting from Tottenham London where the recent riots in London happened. We assume that is concerned locals and people posting photos and updates. But there is always a concern that Twitter is being used to 'organize' part of the protests.



But the concept of 'organization' is a bit wider than most people think. For example when people use a public forum like Twitter to post information they can never be sure how their tweets will be consumed. A tweet that might be intended as a personal message or a micro-blog post to the public. But someone may be listening to try and determine what would be good places to riot.
